Responsibilities include:

Manage office schedules and calendars.

Insure that all office staff adhere to office policy (office hours / procedures / etc)

Administrative Responsibilities including filing, answering phones, scheduling meetings, ordering office supplies, etc.

Maintain all office equipment including printers, copiers, routers, etc.

Coordinate Travel for office staff.

Coordinate Office meetings.

Assist with various book keeping activities.

Assist with technical issues in the office (email, internet, network, etc)

Requirements:

Strong organization and attention to detail

Experience managing people

Strong communication skills

Excellent problem solving skills

Excellent computer skills

College degree

Comfortable in a fast paced yet casual and fun environment.

Experienced in working with databases.

Basic to moderate IT skills.
